Shipping Policy

Due to the perishable nature of seeds, our default option is express postage the day after an order is placed. Please let us know if you prefer the standard shipping method.
In order to minimise the time spent in transit we favour posting early in the week.

All seeds are sealed in airtight plastic bags to ensure that your order arrives in clean and fresh condition.

Returns & Refunds

We are confident that you will love our high quality native seeds, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss the issue. 
Please note that the original packaging must be included with any items returned and the product must be unused. In certain circumstances we may be willing to provide a refund.
