Seed Collection
We explore a broad range of natural environments to identify locations suitable for seed collecting.
​
Various collection techniques are employed which we have developed over the years.
Seed collecting usually involves gathering large volumes of raw plant material in the field, which is later dried and processed to separate the seeds.

Seed Processing
Once we return home with the material we have collected we utilise a variety of different processing methods to extract the seeds.
Many species are dried in our tunnel houses while others are soaked or burnt.
To separate the seeds from the impurities we then use various methods including sieving, floating and winnowing.
Seed Storage
Once the seeds are processed to a clean state they are stored in our temperature and humidity controlled facility.
This maximises the viability and lifespan
of the seeds.

All seed batches are labeled and the provenance and collection dates recorded.
​
We regularly replenish stocks of species with shorter viability periods in order to keep seed fresh.

Sales
Seed orders can be placed
via email or telephone.
Orders are packaged, labeled and sent via express post.

We do not send seeds outside Australia.
